Karen’s family, Bob and Edie Tomasko, purchased The Wilsall Bar & Café in 2007 to serve beef raised on Muddy Creek Ranch. David and Karen purchased the restaurant in 2013. They are committed to fulfilling Bob and Edie’s dream and commitment to serve premium grass-fed beef locally raised in the Shields Valley.
